HR as the White Swan: Season 3, A Podcast Series from Madison

Hosted by Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today, and featuring Judd Weisgal, Senior Vice President of Madison, this series provides HR teams with the tools to navigate the current "Black Swan" event and serve as the "White Swan" leaders who turn negative energy to positive.


Each podcast is a quick-listen and only a few minutes long, while focusing on a single question relevant to today's workplace and specifically managing through today's workforce environment. Season 3 will focus on the 'road to recovery'.
