That question, coupled with a great deal of technical groundwork, paved the way for the first ever web-based sales incentive program. “Cyber Safari,” as it was called, saved thousands in operating costs, reaffirmed the clients’ position as a progressive employer, and most importantly, helped it gain a competitive foothold over rivals.
