Long before the Internet became a ubiquitous utility, Madison was at the forefront of innovation. Whether it’s with the advanced design of sales incentive contests or the progressive delivery of employee recognition programs, we have always anticipated and acted upon the needs of our clients faster than anyone else in the sector.
Twenty years ago while working with a major telecommunications company, we asked why a company touting new digital services didn’t also have a sales contest program delivered via the Internet. That question, coupled with a great deal of technical groundwork, paved the way for the first ever web-based sales incentive program. “Cyber Safari,” as it was called, saved thousands in operating costs, reaffirmed the clients’ position as a progressive employer, and most importantly, helped it gain a competitive foothold over rivals.
