In my last edition I promised to spend time talking about the tools and techniques that shape and support programs and ultimately determine their success. We kicked off the conversation by examining three possible technology scenarios; internally built systems, pre-packaged software and customized solutions, along with some of the myths and realities inherent in each. This month we’ll look at program communications.
