In today’s global business arena, there’s a lot riding on a company’s ability to adapt. Organizations are constantly re-evaluating and often restructuring various elements of their operation—all in an effort to stay ahead of—or at least to keep pace with—rivals who are evolving just as quickly. In fact, change and the processes that support it have become standard routines in some circles. Yet, as companies continue to plan for and implement new work tactics, systems or procedures one thing remains constant; the human side of change management is often overlooked.
