As the Vice President of Travel Operations, Izzy oversees our Travel Operations Group, a team comprised of travel planning professionals and air agents who arrange and execute hundreds of meetings and group travel events annually. His strategic oversight and implementation of advanced policies and procedures has elevated Madison’s travel operations, technology and overall infrastructure that have enhanced performance and outcomes both internally and for our clients.

 

With over 12 years of industry experience, his comprehensive knowledge of the travel planning process and unrivaled capability in large group travel programs has helped Madison gain the reputation for turning incentive and group travel into unforgettable events.

 

Izzy earned his Associates degree of Liberal Arts at Queens College and earned his Travel Hospitality certification from Wode Tobe-Coburn school.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

​Nearly five decades ago, our founder, Werner Haase, started Madison in 1975. Beginning as an incentive company, Madison had the first internet-based sales contest in 1995, followed a few years later by the first consolidated recognition web portal application.

 

Madison has evolved through consistent organic growth from a starter incentive company in the 1970s to a leading global social employee recognition and incentive company.
