As Chief Executive Officer, Alex oversees all of Madison’s global operations, business strategy and product development. With more than two decades of operational and financial management experience, Alex’s leadership has helped drive year-over-year double digit growth while exceeding stringent operational service standards. He has also spearheaded the development and implementation of many groundbreaking proprietary recognition management tools and techniques for Madison, including award-winning social employee recognition technology, Maestro.

Prior to joining Madison, Alex co-founded a corporate finance and investor relations consulting firm which provided corporate finance and strategic communications counseling to companies across diverse industries. With his finance and communications background, he focused in areas such as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, key message development, crisis communications, corporate positioning, planning and implementation of investor relations initiatives for newly public companies. Alex received a B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
