Director of New Business Development

Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong, entrepreneurial spirit, and be a true HUNTER. They will be able to cultivate, develop, and grow new business opportunities at FORTUNE organizations within a defined territory, and enjoy a role with tremendous opportunity within a high results/high rewards sales environment.

Positioning a unique SaaS based solution, the primary function of this role is to open doors, and set the stage for a team based selling opportunity in which the Director of New Business Development is the LEAD. This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly activity goals, as well as an annual sales quota.

Key attributes of an ideal candidate will include:

*Hunter, able to quickly and efficiently map out a territory, and set multiple qualified meetings on a weekly basis.

*Comprehensive experience selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune companies, including stakeholders from HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, C-Suite and more.

*Self-motivated, results driven business person, who understands long sales cycles, and the needed components for incremental success.

*Ability to effectively map a region, identify key prospects, and take action on a well-defined business plan.

*Able and willing to work from a home-office environment, and function remotely as part of a National team.

Project Manager

Madison Performance Group is one of the nation's leading performance improvement companies. We partner closely with Fortune 500 and 1000 clients to design and execute global leading-edge web based incentive programs that increase sales and boost performance.

Madison is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in our midtown NYC office.

Our project managers are deeply embedded with their client accounts. As the primary client contact, they have the top-line responsibility for overall client satisfaction, retention, as well as the day to day management of their programs. They understand the overall business drivers of their clients and work closely with them to develop their overall interactive strategy ensuring that all the work we do supports the strategy. This candidate will have a vital role in ensuring overall client satisfaction and strengthening the company’s relationship with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working as a Project Manager and relationship manager within the Web Space. This candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of their client’s business while becoming the subject matter expert for their client’s incentive programs and have a proven track record of working effectively across a variety of audiences (clients, sales, marketing, customer service and technical teams).

This candidate MUST have minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities include:

*Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within your portfolio of accounts.

*Lead in planning, evaluating and executing programs, managing timelines and budgets with internal development team (i.e. B.A., Dev, QA, and NetOps).

*Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

*Effectively collaborate with the internal team to identify and resolve any program impediments that arise.

*Ensure that client issues and customer service escalations are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

*Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

*Take initiative to suggest opportunities for account growth and new business projects.

*Perform routine operational testing, performance reporting and projections.

*Create invoices, account adjustments and responsible for payment collections.

*Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to ensure strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

Requirements/Key Skills:

*MUST have minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

*Extremely detail oriented, organized and able to manage time effectively while managing multiple deadlines and projects of varying size and complexity.

*High level technical web-based competency understanding of SAAS products.

*Self motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.

*Ability to think outside of the immediate environment and predict issues the customer is likely to have before they have them and provide appropriate solutions.

*Strike the appropriate balance between meeting the client’s needs and the needs of the organization.

*Ability to brainstorm, and creatively solve problems.

*High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.

*Someone who sees the client as strategic to their own success as well as the company’s.

*Unwavering commitment to quality work that is on-time and on budget.

*Superior listening, written and oral communication skills.

*Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

*Self directed, able to perform tasks without a great deal of supervision.

*Experience managing multi-million dollar programs/budgets a plus.

*Knowledge of Agile methodology would be a benefit.

*Undergraduate degree
