Director of New Business Development

Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: Commensurate with experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong, entrepreneurial spirit, and be a true HUNTER. They will be able to cultivate, develop, and grow new business opportunities at FORTUNE organizations within a defined territory, and enjoy a role with tremendous opportunity within a high results/high rewards sales environment.

Positioning a unique SaaS based solution, the primary function of this role is to open doors, and set the stage for a team based selling opportunity in which the Director of New Business Development is the LEAD. This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly activity goals, as well as an annual sales quota.

eCommerce Project Manager

Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities Include:

* Have a full understanding of Madison tools and technologies to perform job tasks.

*Advanced proficiency in Excel to manage all vendors offerings.

*Process vendor order and tracking files.

*Identify escalation patterns and make suggestions on how to improve processes to lower escalation rates.

*Contribute to the growth & development of Junior E-Commerce Project Managers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

*Able to be self-sufficient in researching and tracking down solutions to business challenges in regards to Madison and their vendors.

*Develop an excellent vendor relationship in order to manage vendor and internal team expectations.

*Negotiate discounts to increase Madison's profit margins.

*Obtain all necessary information requested by the Ecommerce Manager.

*Lead projects pertaining all areas related to their Vendors.

JR Project Manager

Location: New York, NY

Madison is currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team in our NYC office. This is an entry level position where the ideal candidate must possess the drive and ambition to grow into a Project Manager role within the company. The candidate must be a self-starter with basic project management capabilities. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for the managing and execution of the day-to-day tasks associated with our clients’ incentive programs. The individual will team with Project Managers in order to service all client needs on a day to day basis. The candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and must possess the ability to work effectively with diverse population inside and outside of the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

*Support PM in day to day client operations.

*Learn Madison’s business methodology and apply that knowledge to the project team.

*Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

*Analyze and report on data within the system.

*Collect, organize and respond to client service escalations.

*Support PM in facilitating ad hoc client requests such as running reports, processing orders etc.

*Produce monthly and/or weekly invoices.

*Produce meeting minutes.
